EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

 

Prospective Vendors
This year’s event will be in Little Rock, AR.
The ATOA is proud to extend this invitation to you for this year’s event. The trade show will be on the first and second day of the conference on Monday, Oct. 3rd and Tuesday, Oct. 4th at the Little Rock – Four Points Sheraton.

Exhibitors Trade Show:  Four Points Sheraton – Little Rock
Dates: Monday, Oct. 3rd, 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (set up from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.)
             Tuesday, Oct. 5th, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (break down at 4:00 p.m.)
Range Demonstration/ 2 Gun Competition (Time and location TBD) (Diamond Vendors)
*Online registration is mandatory (register early space is limited)
**Overnight off duty officer provided to guard booths and equipment. The trade show room will be locked.

*Conference Reception Meet and Greet*                                                                                                                                                                                                             This is a NEW event for ALL attendees, instructors, and vendors. Attendance is encouraged. All door prizes will be awarded at this event.
Date: Tuesday October 4th 5pm – 7pm
Location: Main Meeting Hall
*There will be finger foods and a cash bar*

Cost: based on choice of vendor package
Location: ATOA determines table location (you may request to be close to a distributor or other company)
Registration Deadline: September 15, 2022

Set up and Removal: Set up will begin at 10:00 a.m. Monday Oct. 3rd. Break down and removal will begin at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday Oct. 4th and must be completed by 5:00 p.m. (Electricity must be requested)

Hospitality: Vendor hospitality will begin at 7:30 p.m. Monday Oct. 3rd, in the executive suite.

Banners and Products for Sale: The ATOA encourages all exhibitors to bring items to sell at the show. No banner other than booth displays will be displayed at the conference without prior ATOA approval.

Rejection of Application: The ATOA reserves the right to refuse or reject any Exhibitor Show Application. The ATOA holds the right to remove cancel or refuse the admission to any persons or company whose conduct or display is incompatible with the general character, safety and objects of the ATOA Annual Training Conference.

Use of Exhibit Space: Exhibitors and /or sponsors may not reassign, remove, change, or alter any other exhibitor’s assigned display area. Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their products, goods, and/or display materials during the trade show. Firearms must be kept unloaded at all times!!

In addition to displaying your products during the Trade Show, the ATOA is offering every exhibitor the opportunity to be represented at different sponsorship levels. This is a unique opportunity to have your company prominently and permanently represented at the 2022 Training Conference in Little Rock, AR.

Diamond Sponsor $1500.00

  • Platinum Level sponsor package
  • Participation in Range Demo event. (Oct. 3rd, 2022)

Platinum Sponsor $1200.00

  • 1 Table at Trade show

  • Logo on Training trailer (enclosed equipment trailer present at all ATOA sponsored events)

Gold Sponsorship- $750.00

Silver Sponsorship– $350.00

  • 1 Table at Trade show
  • Company listing in vendor section of website
  • Vendor hospitality night (food and drink provided) (Vendors, instructors, and ATOA staff only)
  • Social Media posts during conference

***ALL vendors are welcome to attend the Conference Reception (Attendees, instructors, staff, vendors) This is a new event and attendance is encouraged. There will be finger foods and a cash bar. All door prizes will be awarded at this event.
